Q: What is ReLuxe Finds?
A: ReLuxe Finds is a curated marketplace for 100% authentic, pre-loved luxury bags. We source from trusted suppliers in Asia and purchase pieces from individuals to bring you high-quality designer pieces at great prices.

Q: Are all the items authentic?
A: Yes! We take authenticity seriously. Every item undergoes a rigorous authentication process before being listed for sale.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Not yet, we are an online-only boutique for now, which allows us to offer competitive prices on luxury goods, but hopefully in the near future we will bring you a luxury store.


2. Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, add your favorite item to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept secure payment methods, including most major credit cards .

Q: Do you offer payment plans or layaway?
A:  Yes, we offer installment options via Afterpay, so you can split your purchase into smaller payments.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within an hour of purchase. Once shipped, we cannot process cancellations.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our items are shipped from Christchurch Warehouse and are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, sorry, at this stage, we only ship NZ wide, but we will look into ship internationally soon.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2 days and typically arrive within 4 working days for domestic shipping, for rural addresses, please allow one extra working day.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


4. Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is not as described, please contact us within 1 working day upon receiving your orders.

Q: What if my item is damaged in transit?
A: We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 1 working days with photos, and we will assist you.


5. Authenticity & Quality

Q: How do you verify authenticity?
A: We work with professional authenticators and use AI-based authentication tools to ensure every item is genuine.

Q: What condition are the bags in?
A: Each listing includes detailed photos and a condition rating. Bags range from brand new to gently used.
